He courageously left his stable job, investing his life's savings into a single CNC machine housed in a humble workshop. His renowned craftsmanship quickly drew a flood of orders. Within a year, strategic reinvestment and a bank loan fueled expansion: 5 machines, then 10, eventually scaling to over 100. Growth was organic, built on unwavering quality.

A casual question in 6 – "Do you only make parts, or finished products?" – sparked a transformative vision. Ye Cheng grasped the immense value of vertical integration. He acted decisively: securing larger facilities, hiring management and electronics engineers. The leap was challenging, but his problem-solving instinct prevailed. By 2010, his vision materialized into an 8,000 sqm factory serving a global clientele.
